The Problem
Before this web application could be developed few challenges were managing all users and cases. There were also problems with managing all products smoothly. Since the idea was broader there was a requirement for currency preference, Stripe payment method using API option, and all design styles relevant to the overall UI of the web application. They were finding ways to add functionalities that can manage cases and user notifications at all times.
The Solution
When we analyzed all problems and identified the loopholes within the web application our direction deviated towards smooth and manageable web applications that can simplify the management of all records. We started with adding functionalities wherein an admin can enable or disable a user. Furthermore, we added functionality for the user to manage the status of a case. To add new products, we added specific settings within the back-end. For the admin dashboard, we worked upon adding custom settings in the back-end to change the currency wherever required. We also added a stripe payment method under credential settings to manage the payment preferences by a user. Admin can now easily change the status of the case as we added color settings for buttons and case status in the back-end. Above all, we also managed to add notifications using custom settings so that the admin can send the relevant notification to a particular user at any point in time within the system. To manage all the functions, Admin can also manage all the backend functions from the user-friendly frontend interface.
